da svojim ostvarenjima sudjelujete na natječaju za
Međunarodni festival umjetničkih zastavica na temu:

Zastava mog svijeta

Propozicije


1. Pravo sudjelovanja na natječaju imaju svi autori i autorske grupe s područja Republike Hrvatske i drugih država.

2. Svaki autor i autorska grupa ima pravo prijave i sudjelovanja na Festivalu s najviše 3 (tri) rada.


3. Radovi se prijavljuju na posebnoj prijavnici.

4. Tema Zastava mogą svijeta daje slobodu odabira motiva (od figurativnog prikaza, detalja do vlastitog doživljaja).

5. Dimenzije zastava su 100 x 50 *cm. *Gornji i donji rub širine zastave (50 + 3 + 3 cm). Treba prošiti tako da ostane prolaz širine 3 cm za sajlu na koju će se zastava objesiti u prostor. Donji dio (rub) zastave može biti ravan ili imati slobodnu formu.

6. Tehnike izvođenja su slobodne: kolaž, slikanje, štampa, perforacija, kombinirana technika, fotografija i dr. Zastave treba oslikati obostrano bojama koje neće biti osjetljive na atmosferske utjecaje. Materijal koristiti po izboru (platno, juta, žutica i sl.).

7. Najuspjeliji radovi bit će nagrađeni:
Prva nagrada: 1.200,00 kn
Druga nagrada: 800,00 kn
Treća nagrada: 500, 00 kn

8. Festival zastavica bit će popraćen tiskanim katalogom koji će biti dostavljen autorima.

9. Primljene zastavice će biti izložene na festivalskom prostoru na Trgu Josipa bana Jelačića u Zagrebu i na Federacijskom trgu u Melbourneu u Australiji.

10. Prijavom rada autori pristaju na uvjete ovog poziva, kao i na javno izlaganje i publiciranje rada.
Festival zadržava pravo na fotografiranje svih prijavljenih djela, objavljivanje djela i dostavljene grafičke dokumentacije u katalogu, te pravo na njihovo korištenje u reklamne i dokumentacijske svrhe bez naknade. Radovi se ne vraćaju već ostaju u vlasništvu i za potrebe festivala.
Važna napomena: Nosioc oslikanih radova treba biti preparan  da se zaštiti slikani sloj od atmosferskih utjecaja.

11. Autori sami snose troškove izrade.

Poslati gotove radove zajedno s ispunjenom prijavnicom i fotografijom rada na CD-u u JPG formatu (300 dpi). Fail nazvati npr: Ana Anić, Plava zastava. Ne zaboraviti napisati ime i prezime te naziv rada i na CD.

13. Rok za prijavu za sudjelovanje na 15. Međunarodnom uličnom festivalu Cest is d’ Best je 17. svibnja 2011.

14. O ishodu selekcijskog postupka sudionici će biti obaviješteni e-mailom do 1. lipnja 2011. godine.

3rd International Festival of Flags
THE FLAG OF MY WORLD

Conditions for participation


1. All artists and artistic groups from Croatia and other countries can participate in the Competition.

2. Each artist or group has the right to register and participate in the Competition with a maximum of three (3) works.

3. Works should be submitted together with the application form.

4. The Theme ‘The Flag of My World’ gives the artists absolute freedom to choose the motif.

5. The flag dimensions should be 100cm x 50cm. The upper and lower sides of the flag (50cm) should have an edge up to 3cm so the flag can be hung in place. The lower edge of the flag can be straight or free form.

6. The artists can choose their technique: collage, painting, print, cutouts, mixed media, photos etc. The flags should be painted or printed on both sides with paints or inks that are not sensitive to weather conditions. Any material can be used (canvas, calico, hessian, nylon etc.).


7. The most successful flags will be awarded:
First prize: 1.000,00 kn  
Second prize: 800,00 kn
Third prize: 500,00 kn

8. The Festival of flags will be accompanied by a printed catalogue which will be sent to participating artists.


9. Flags will be exhibited at the festival area on the Ban Josip Jelacic Square in Zagreb and on Federation Square in Melbourne in Australia.

10. Artists that apply agree to the terms of this call, as well as public presentation and publication of their work. The Festival reserves the right to photograph all submitted flags, publication and submission of the documentation in the catalogue, and the right to their use in advertising and documentation purposes without compensation. Submitted works will not be returned but remain in the ownership of the festival and can be used for other festival purposes.

Important note: painted works should have preparations to protect the painted layer from atmospheric influences.

11.The artists alone bear the costs for the production of their works.

13. Send completed works along with a photo on CD in JPG format (300 dpi). Name the file: Artist`s name and Title of the flag, example: Zoran Juric, Blue Flag. Write the name, e-mail and full address of the author on the CD.

14. The deadline for submitting the applications is May 17th 2011.

15. Participants will be notified about the outcome of the selection process by e-mail by June 1st 2011.
